returns & alterations policy

at morphe, each piece is created with a focus on fit, construction and finish. to maintain the integrity of our products and our quality standards, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection or personal preference, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

we may offer minor alterations on eligible products where reasonably possible. this policy applies to purchases made through www.morphe.in and other official morphe online sales channels.

1. no change-of-mind returns

all purchases made through morphe are final once an order has been accepted and processed. we do not accept returns or exchanges because you changed your mind, no longer want the product, selected the wrong size or colour, the product does not suit your personal preference, or the occasion for which it was purchased has changed.

please review the product description, size guide, measurements, fabric information and other product details before placing an order. if you are unsure about sizing or fit, contact customer care before purchase.

2. minor alterations

where reasonably possible, morphe may provide minor alterations to an eligible garment to assist with fit. this can include technically feasible shortening or lengthening, minor waist or fit adjustments, or another alteration our team determines can be safely completed without affecting the construction or intended design.

alterations are not guaranteed for every product. availability depends on the garment, its construction, fabric, design and the requested adjustment. alterations that materially change the original design, silhouette or construction may not be possible.

3. alteration requests and charges

contact customer care as soon as possible after receiving an order, with your order number, product name, requested alteration and relevant measurements or fit requirements. we may request photographs, measurements or other information before confirming whether an alteration can be accommodated.

do not alter, wash, wear extensively or otherwise modify a garment before contacting us. if an alteration is approved, we will confirm any applicable alteration and shipping charges before work begins. certain minor alterations may be offered without an additional alteration fee at morphe's discretion.

4. defective, damaged or incorrect products

this no-return policy does not apply where a product is defective, damaged before or during delivery, materially different from the item ordered, incorrect because of an error on our part, does not conform to its description, or otherwise does not meet applicable legal requirements.

contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery and include the order number, photographs or videos of the issue, relevant product and packaging photographs, and a short description. depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the remedy may include repair, alteration, replacement, exchange, refund, price adjustment or another appropriate remedy. where the issue is attributable to morphe, we will bear reasonable associated costs, subject to applicable law.

5. delivery damage, order errors and promotions

if an order arrives visibly damaged, contact us promptly with photographs of the outer packaging, shipping label, damaged packaging and product. retain the packaging until we have reviewed the matter. if you receive a product different from the one ordered, contact us immediately; where the error is ours, we will arrange an appropriate resolution without charging reasonable return or replacement shipping costs.

sale and promotional products remain subject to this policy unless different terms are stated at purchase. any promotion-specific terms apply to that promotion.

6. international orders and statutory rights

international orders are subject to the same commercial returns and alteration policy, except where mandatory consumer protection law in the destination country provides additional rights. customs duties, import taxes and other government charges are handled according to the shipping and tax terms communicated at checkout.

shipping policy

morphe delivers across india and to selected international destinations.

domestic shipping

domestic shipping within india is complimentary. domestic orders are generally dispatched within 10–12 days of placing the order. orders within delhi ncr may be delivered through local delivery partners. orders to other locations across india are shipped through our logistics network, including shiprocket-enabled courier partners. delivery time after dispatch depends on the destination.

international shipping

international orders are shipped through fedex. international shipping, courier charges, customs duties, import taxes and other charges imposed by the destination country are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout. international orders are generally dispatched within 10–12 days, and actual delivery depends on the destination, customs clearance and local delivery conditions.

order processing and delivery timelines

our standard dispatch timeline is 10–12 days from order placement. some products require additional time because of detailing, construction, fabric, finishing, product-specific variations or other production requirements. where applicable, we will communicate a revised estimated timeline.

international duties and taxes
